Sarah Milburn’s son, George Graham, lives in Oklahoma. He has a web site. Interesting he is descended from the Thompsons of shipyard fame and has a companion site about Thompsons shipyard in Sunderland

 

The W Oughton in the picture had an older brother, Thomas, who was killed in WW1.
